But it seems to require a ridiculously high voltage for a Red LED. It should have a minimum of 1.9V. These requirements must be driver induced. Damn fools, over looking the value of a 1x 18650 light setup. I guess I'll just have to see how the FM-35 works out. Good thing is, if you have a multi mode drop in, your red light will have different settings. And as newer, brighter white drop-ins are released, you won't have to up-grade your red drop-in in order to have a brighter red light.
Its just too bad that there isn't much discussion of the FM-35 on CPF. Other than a couple of threads with people asking for pics of it installed on a G2. Good luck, Kraid!
Yeah I'd just get a surefire p60L drop in and a surefire fm-35 red filter for one of your lights. There's no reason to get a set colour light when you can get a white one and change it to what you want with filters.
