Is this a good deal for the Olight X7 kit?

I've been looking for the X7 (without ´r´, i want the possibility to change batteries when I'm out) and I found it on an internet store in my neighbour-land: Olight X7 kit (with charger and HDC Olight batteries) for $194. ( plus shipping and taxes $213 )
This torch is kind of "outdated", but is this a good deal? What do you think?

It's the cheapest prize i could find this torch for, it's actually the only place i could find it except from ebay and one at amazon, so i just ordered it Can't wait to hold it in my hands!
