Yes it does. I originally posted no, but I was trying the MicroStream head on the EOS body.
The EOS head fits nicely, and the MicroStream gives you the option of having a forward clicky for your EOS. If you have the Upgraded version (with three modes) then you can soft-tap through to the mode you want, then click it on.
The MicroStream body will also fit the Aurora R2 (that's also the MicroStream's pocket clip on it)...

My MicroStream is one of the first ones made, and it's been through a lot (wearing a newer tailcap)...
But it still works as well as it did the day I got it...
A few notes:
1. The "beam shots" were taken with the light about 6" from the wall, as this is as far as I could get while keeping the LED and beam in the same photo. These aren't for any kind of brightness comparison; just to show that the head / body combination works.
2. Don't make fun of my dirty fingernails; I just got off work :tired:
