ITP Colored LED

I currently use the itp sc1 and sc2 for predator hunting. They come with red, green and blue cover lens. The green lens does pretty good, but red and blue lens not so much. The addition of the lens kills the brightness and throw. Is there any way to replace the standard white led with a red or green led? What sort of parts or tools do I need to disassemble the head and replace the led? Any good books or info would be nice. My searches haven't revealed anything.
