Jealousy, a terrible thing

Now that my girlfriend has come out of the closet flashaholic, I bought her her first proper LED flashlight, a Fenix L0D-CE.

I ordered it from Chris at GlowGadgets.com. It was only £22.52 delivered with my 15% discount. Chris assures me that he has now fixed the CPF20%OFF discount, so it's even less expensive now.

Now, the prangs of jealousy. As soon as the package arrived, I just loved the size. Somehow I expected to be a little bit bigger, so I was pleasently surprised. Also, the low modes are genuinely low, and the beam is flawless. Gone are the rings of the P1D-CE, which I have.

It did hurt to give it to her, but the huge, beaming smile on her face was worth it. My heart just melted when she said, "I can't wait until it gets dark".

The Fenix L0D-CE is an excellent AAA light. There is a lot to be said for such compact lights - make great gifts too!
