Keeep-it.com-Bic Lighter Holders. Anyone Ordered From Them Lately? Fraud?

I ordered a small Bic lighter holder from keeep-it.com in the middle of Dec. I still haven't received it and when I e-mail them, my e-mails keep bouncing back.

Anyone done any business with them lately? Looks like I may have to register a complaint with PayPal.
