I was interested in your query as I asked essentially the same question here a few weeks ago.
I do not represent myself as very knowledgable in this area, however I have received a great deal of useful information from several generous and gracious experts on this Forum; and I have learned a tremendous amount by checking out the various suggestions offered to me.
It appears difficult, costly, but not impossible to achieve what you want.
I have recently purchased or ordered (awaiting delivery) several extremely small high output lumen premium lights. I do not have the equipment or expertise to personally assess lumen output, but the Draco (Modamag) description states 160 output lumens and 47 mm length, and the Raw (Lummi) states approximately 200 output lumens and 45 mm length.
Other members here that are expert (unlike myself) in this technology can possibly verify these claims and probably suggest several other lights that are very close to or even exceed the parameters you desire, and are somewhat less expensive.
OMG Lumens Inc. (Saabluster here on this Forum) is currently accepting names on a waiting list for a new custom light to be approximately 1000 lumens and approximately 80mm long (the BlackTie). It appears a good guess that these will become available (probably prepay) to some this year.
