I have been looking around for a key ring light and found the Thrunite T1.

This little light is the perfect size for what I want are there any others around this size I should look at ?

AlsoI did a search on here and found a lot of feedback on it.

Apart from the contact is there anything else that I should be aware of.Thanks in advance

The preon p0, and dqg are really nice for keychain. Both are alot smaller than the rest of the aaa lights. One got a pure flood beam, the other got some throw.

Take a look at the LiteXpress Workx 206
I bought this light for 15€ at Amazon and i´m very satisfied
It has flood beam.
Just 3 mode´s
65Lumen
20Lumen

i have an olight i3 aaa light. not much bigger at all than the preon, and 70 lumens is fantastic. really good. about $20 from ebay. spark also so a similar thing.

Depending on how much you use it a Photon Freedom Micro is very (very) small but still produces quite a lot of useable light (and has variable output too, in fact it has one of the best UIs around). Due to the shorter run time and non-rechargeable batteries it is best suited to less frequent use. Shop around and they can be found for under $10.00 with a white LED and a covert nose (my preferred version, as it stops the annoying side glare from the LED).

Olight i3 is excellent. Lot of output when needed and nice beam. Quality is good as well, works flawless, except auditing is chipping off which is not so surprising for a keychain light. I am thinking to buy more since they are sooooo handy and also make a good present.

Olight i3 is nice, but I kinda like the iTP A3 better for the key ring (same light.. slightly different execution). The pocket clip comes off easier (the clip is unnecessary for the key ring) and the key ring/lanyard connection spot is better placed for actual key ring carry imo. The Olight's lanyard hole is offset on one side of the tail while the iTP is on the center of the tail. The Olight can tailstand which probably makes it a better pocket light, but it kinda hangs funny on the key ring. If its for the key ring go with the iTP.

Well yeah, it's mostly personal preference. The i3 and A3 is essentially the same light (Olight merged with ITP). The i3 is supposed to be the upgraded version but that doesn't mean that it's any better.

Whichever light u choose they will be awesome.

I really like the Klarus Mi10 on my keychain. It has three really useful brightness settings, long run time, and has held up to the abuse it gets in my pocket jangling around with pocket knives and keys, etc.

I had a laugh when a buddies surefire duty light was having trouble seeing something, and my wee AAA key chain light lit it up brighter than his CR123 powered SF did.

I have an IlluminaTi, E01 and a Sapphire 25 on my keys<different sets> and I use the IlluminaTi more than the others. Ti body still looks like it did when I got it. The finish has worn off of the lobster claw though. The only trouble that I've had is forgetting to clean the contacts. easy fix!
