KL3 on a Surefire 9P Has anyone tried it?

It should work but Surefire does not mention a 9P option for the KL3

I'm hoping someone on the forum has already tried it.

I have a black 9P with the old style SF clickie switch (Z49?). One of my bedstand lights that gets quite a bit of use. I got lucky in the Luxeon lottery; this one has no violet that I can see. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

The KL3 has a buck circuit in it. I believe that it is only good up to 9V though. I wouldn't push it past that, unless someone else has other information.
