KL4/E1e question

It varies with the Vf of the LED. Mine falls about midway between the L1 and L4.

From what I've seen in KL4's, the KL4 runs at about half current when running on one cell. I'd venture to guess that it's running between 300-350mA. This doesn't mean that you're getting half the light, just half the current. You might be getting about 60% of the light that you would get on 2 cells.

That would be a very reasonable estimate. It really does depend on the KL4's Vf.
