kodak pre-charged AA (Eneloop clones), $7.88 per 4 Pack, B&M

Just found these yesterday at WalMart:

Kodak Pre-Charged 4 Pack $7.88 or $11.97 with an overnight charger, 2100mAH. The charger is a no frills cheapo, but overnight charging is actually better than quick charging for the life of the battery.

This is a really good deal. Not sure if they are as good as the Eneloops but they are WAY cheaper.

I just purchased 2 X 4 packs of AA at WaLMART. They say "Pre-Charged" and "Hold their Charge 4 times longer than regular NIMH" Out of the package they were all about 75% of capacity. After a Discharge-Charge-Discharge cycle the were ALL within 15 mas of 2100. This is exactly the same behavior I have experienced with Eneloops. Anybody have any storage tests? Anyone have anything to share concerning use of these cells?

In general - not these but other Kodak batteries I've had have been terrible quality. Nothing close to Duracell or Energizer. I haven't tried their Eneloop clones but for the little price difference (shop around and you'll likely find some Eneloops at about the same price) I'll stick with the Eneloops which have been excellent.
