L4 owners,

I am not sure I understand the clickie tailcap all the way:
- since the tailcap button must be pressed to engage the light, does this mean you can screw the tailcap on really tight without engaging the light?
- Would/does this also work like this when you transfer this tailcap to an E2E?

Thanks, Chris

Massive posting & connection problems... 4th attempt:

Thanks for the info, just what I was hoping for. Now just hoping that SF will aftermarket those tailcaps for E-series..

Thanks, Chris

I just tried swapping the tailcaps on the L4 and the E2, and yes, the L4's tailcap works fine on the E2, and you can tighten it all you wish (within reason, of course) without it becoming broken or inoperative.

There's no difference folks. An L4 body is not functionally different from an E2 body, or an E2e body. Screw away! Err.... feel free to swap the tailcaps.

what darell said; the only difference between the tubes are the etchings.
