This is the LE Technologies one, right? Then it's less than 1W (because that's the power of the ship mounted one they're developing).

I used The Wayback Machine to find an old web page of theirs,

and it doesn't list output, only that it's ANSI Z136.1 – 2000 compliant and safe for user and subject.

But it's a diverging beam and "pulsed at a random 20 Hz rate" (whatever that means), so it can have an output which would be way too high for a narrow continous beam to be safe.
