LED Driver Help

I bought this drop-in for my bike light and im very impressed with it, but ive blown the driver on it and im looking to buy a replacement driver. Any ideas or links would be great,,,, im running it on 2x UltraFire 18650 3.7V 3000mAh Lithium Batteries.. thanks in advance :)

For a 5-mode, try DX 26106. It appears to be the same driver as the one in your drop-in.

I believe Justin Case is correct if they haven't changed it. From reviews at dx, reviewer claims it is board 26106.

Thanks for the help from everyone, I followed the Mod and repaired the original driver + removed the blink modes now just the 1200 Lumens all night long:devil::devil:
