I am wanting to put an LED landing light on my experimental aircraft. It's not very fast, so it wouldn't need to throw as far as if I were coming in at 60 or 70 miles per hour on landing.
I have some LED navigation/anti-collision lights on it and i'd like to keep with the LED technology for the landing/taxi lights.
Usually there's a long throw spot light for landing and then a wider flood type for taxiing.
I will have a standard 12V DC battery run by an alternator so power draw shouldn't be a big deal.
Any Ideas/suggestions? Are there any kits for this type of installation? It will be out in the open pretty much, so cooling shouldn't be an issue either.
Thanks folks in advance for the help.
