LED light bulb converts to flashlight

Here's an interesting idea, an LED light bulb with an extending neck to use as a flashlight if needed.

Seems quite stupid in my opinion.

"Gonna walk the dog, just let me unscrew the flashlight from the live socket"

Using batteries for such thing, is a waste of resources.

I kind of like the concept, as a power failure light. Of course, I don't like the price. I might go as high as $10.
