LED strobe tachometer

I am looking for a LED strobe light that is adjustable from 40 to 200 fpm to inspect assembly lines while they are running. I have located a few profesional models but their prices are over $500 and they use xenon blubs.

might want to drop a modder such as milky a PM about this, AFAIK there is no production light doing what you describe.
