Since these are on piece lenses, the LEDs must be at the individual lens centers. I am not sure you can measure as accurately as needed when the lenses OD is only 2 mm different. OTOH, the 35 mm lens versions appear to have a bit of a flange that can be trimmed, if so, the centers for the four LEDs may be spot on. Often a little glue is used to hold the lens. If epoxy, great care must be taken prying the lens free so you damage neither the circuit board or the LEDs themselves. Done well, you can reverse the process and no harm done, if a narrower beam lens cannot be fitted.
