Light or knife

Check this one out. Is this a trend?

It would be great for feild dressing at dusk or night it can be a pian to hold a light and use a Knife.

In reality, it's probably more interesting than useful. I think a good knife & a good headlamp would be a better (& cheaper) combo. TX

Amen. A headlamp is more useful, and a good knife can be less expensive. I think it's more "Ron Popiel" than an actual tool.

Besides, once the lens of the light is covered with deer/elk/bear/possum/whatever "stuff", it's not going to put out much light at all.

Not to say this knife is a joke, but it looks like the light is only on 1 side, which puts the other side in a shadow. TX
