Can't find the maker which offers additional body sections for added run times, anyone?

For Surefire C/P/Z series, Oveready offers cell extenders. Solarforce offers their own extenders for their SF style lights. This is by no means a complete list, others will add info I'm sure... :)

The only one I can think of is the Fenix extender for the tk75/61/76. The other companies which offer extended bodies such as surefire, solarforce, and eagletac do not have increased runtimes. Those extenders put more cells in series which increases voltage and not capacity. To gain an increase in runtime the cells must be in parallel.

Olight S15 (for incremental tubes); Foursevens Quarks and Malkoff MDCs (different Lego-able tubes).

Doesn't jetbeam have a system of body modules for one of theirs, that allows for multi and single aa and cr123, WL something?

Are you asking only about true extention tubes, added inline to the host, or simply modular battery tubes of various sizes ... ?

Thanks all, yes looking to add tube sections to the host or really any other manner to increase run times.

While you are right that series increases the voltage, not mAh capacity, if the light is regulated to keep the same brightness, regardles of voltage, runtime should be longer. This is the case with the Eagletac extenders. mAh is the same, but Wh increases, whether the cells are parallel or series.

Olight S15 ('AA Light') can take body extensions that each add 1 AA cell
