I hope everyone is having a nice Holiday season here. Today, my LiteFlux LF3XT arrived .I placed a fresh battery in it and gave it the once over.

The first thing I noticed when holding this light was how the size feels
right without feeling too stubby. It even tail stands.

Using the light, the beam is bright with lots of spill and no rings of any kind. The beam color is a nice neutral soft white with no blues green or purple hues. The soft touch on/off button is another
plus.

Im suprised to hear how companies are getting away from the ramp up/down feature. I think it cant be beat. All you do is press a button here and the light sets to which ever level you like .

I see why reviews are good on these. What a gem of a light.Anyone looking for a nice 1X123 light should go try one.You even get a nice wood box with thread lube and a lanyard.Just another step toward the slippery slope of flashlight collecting :candle:

Yeah, the LF3XT is very nice, a bargain of a computer light! :)

Try the LF2XT, same thing, even a little bit more advanced, for AAA cells. Quite cheap, available in neutral white Q4 and cool white R2.

The LF5XT is the oldest one for AA (14500 accepted), the UI is the least advanced, but still, I got one for 48$, very nice light, can't beat this.

You also get a 2xAA tube for the LF3XT. They should make a christmas package, all 3 lights with acessoires, for the advanced flashaholic...

Welcome to the "Enlightened". Since getting these LiteFluxes it's tough for me to get serious about other lights with fewer abilities.

OOOPS. Im finding it kinda hard to navigate the functions on this light.Initally, I wanted to raise the secondary light setting which was ses very low and retain it in memory.

I seem to now be in the other modes scrolling thought the beacon modes which I do not want. I guess ill get there sooner or later. Im finding navigation confusing for me .

Still like the light though.Just want to get back to ramp up mode.

Assuming your light is now in the Full User Interface (FUI) all you need to do is a 5C + PH, that's five clicks followed by a push-hold. This will get you back to the Compact User Interface (CUI) where you can ramp the light.

Yupee.. after getting my LF2XT and LF3XT, my flashlight purchasing has cut way back. :sssh: At least in the realm of EDCs.

This is my newest light I choose for around the house use.I had been using a Romisen but I gave it to one of my sisters when she was here for ThanksGiving.

Sure glad I bought that liteFlux. Its a really great light and an upgade over the Romisen.I guess im at the point now where I can sort of upgrade certain lights I have and give a few away to friends. I wish those new Novatacs would come onto the market soon.
