Hello To All,
Hope there is someone out there that can get me out of my ignorance...
I need to detect when a 3.6V Lithium Battery Nominal capacity @1mA to 2V = 1.2Ah, 50mA max continuous current (Tadiran P/N TL-5902), is near to be depleted, is a non rechargeable type.
My doubts are concerning how to calculate the threshold voltage that indicate a depleted battery, also must I take the measurement while sourcing the battery.
Someone tell me about a method to know when a battery is depleted connecting a forward biased diode and reading the voltage across the diode, but I really don't understand the theory behind.
I will be very appreciated with your comments.
Thanks for reading.
