longbow mini - regulated?

I've searched a while but couldn't find the answer. On the packaging it says that regulation is optional. On Imago Metric's review, it says the regulation is optional. Anyone know about this or have any runtime plots of the longbow mini? I know that the micra is regulated....why not the mini?
