For those that already have one, is the lens glass? Can you get inside the bezel easily to install a tritium tube?

No the lens is not glass. It has a 2 part lens system - A cone shaped optic and a serperate optic cover. Yes, you can get inside the bezel easily by just unscrewing the head.

Yes, they do. The lens is the same size as a MagAA, 22.5mm. I replaced mine with Mineral Glass from the Shoppe. The stock lens scratches way too easily.
