Looking for a decent single AAA with a moonlight mode.

Reylight really is a great light. Sure it costs a bit more but when you feel it in your hand it everything will be alright. Not only do they use nice metals but the design is very well thought out and it starts off very dim unlike some other lights that would require you to cycle through some bright modes first.

Not a AAA but I second the photon light. Excellent simple tiny light. If your light doesn't have a low or moonlight mode you can attach one of these to it if it has a lanyard attachment

I wasn't sure what battery it takes it is from 2008 or so.
