I'm looking for a flashlight for scuba diving. I'll be in a group, and one of us has a really bright light so I don't need a real thrower. I'm looking for a relatively cheap (less than 100 $) flashlight that is bright enough for me to see what's in front of me underwater and for people outside to see me....
Any suggestions?
