looking for a headlamp (specific features)

Hey guys, i'm looking for a headlamp for some hiking this summer. I want something with the following features

LED
high/low mode (white light), a luxeon would be good for this but multiple 5mm's are okay, and come to think of it, maybe even preferable for the spill.
Red LED (to preserve night vision)


something that takes CR123's would be nice but not neccecary so long as the batteries are common. Also not neccecary but nice would be a "follow me" light on the rear.

It has a wide-angle lense, which has a very good spill (I use this lens the most time), or you can switch to a long beam. You can use a red filter - but only the wide-angle can be exchanged to a red one.

energizer headlamp has white main leds and red one, too
