Newly Enlightened
Been out of the flashlight loop for a long time, and found a few maglights in my garage. One is that old simple mod of 3 x cr123 and a different bulb (forget which but just higher voltage). The spring is cut and there's a rubber hose spacer.
I'd love to be able to buy different bulbs or some type of LED drop in, different reflector and lens, then run AW's rechargeable 123's. I have a bunch that I use in my other lights, and only want rechargeable instead of using up my primaries that are only for weaponlights.
Budget is as low as possible ($40 max?), and runtime of 45 mins to an hour minimum is fine. Lumens...well as many as possible obviously but over 500 I'm hoping.
Any options for this?
