Looking for first hand feedback on this light...

I like the design:
Aluminum with rubber coating
tail-stand ability
waterproof
tight-ish beam / throw with enough flood to keep things interesting

Questions:

How modable is it?
Does it come apart and re-assemble easily?
Is there room inside for a 1000mAh regulator?
Can the solder pads for the emitter be accessed easily?
How is its heat-sinking ability with a Seoul emitter?

Its not cheap, so I'm only going to consider it if it meets all my criteria.
