Hello fellas.
I have Maha C9000 battery analyzer for ni-mn cells and I really love it.
I would like to buy something similair for Lithium ion/polimer cells.
If possible below 100$.
But it is very important to me that it could handle small cells hence small charge/discharge currents (say 400-500 mah cells). It would also be nice to have analyze feature so that it could discharge and check the actual capacity.
Thanks in advance.

That would be a hobby charger, they can do just about everything. They cost from $20 up to a many hundred $, they all have about the same functions, but there are differences in range, precision, power and options.

Thanks very much. This was very informative.
Do you know where I can buy one? I live in Europe and I only bought from ebay and deal extreme, couldn't find anything there?

You can probably get one in the nearest RC shop. You can also check HobbyKing, they ship from warehouses all over the world. Or just find the names of some hobby chargers and stuff it into google.
To read more about hobby charges, find a RC forum, but remember that they do not use the same types of batteries that we do for flashlights, i.e. for RC you might need a 1500 watt hobby charger, but you do definitely not need that for charging a single 18650 cell.
