Looking for: "Luxeon Star" host

Hello All,
I'm looking to buy/find a flashlight which uses a Luxeon III LED on a star MPCB.
If it has a nice regulated driver circuit that would be appreciated

I'm intending to use the light as a host for a LEDengin 365nm UV emitter which comes on a star-mpcb, and has a Vf of 4.1 and a max drive current of 700mA

I'd prefer it if it used 2xCR123A's but if it uses a 18650 or a 17670 that would be fine too :)

Oh, good heatsinking, and a glass lens are essential, an aluminium reflector would also be good.

yikes, that's a lot of cash for a project-light. does it even have the emitter mounted on a star or is it something more bespoke?

It's not the Luxeon-3 emitter that i'm looking for really, more the host that can accept the star mpcb and has the right drive-level.
