Looking for MR16 with 3 led's Q5 or better

I have a homemade bike lamp that I have a HID MR16 lamp in. I would like to replace it with another MR16 LED lamp with about 3 LED's in it which are rated at >100 lumans/watt each. I would like a output of between 200 and 300 lumans. Also a narrow beam angle (<12 degrees). Does anyone know where I can order one from?

I have that lamp. It is not quite what I want. It appears to have a spot maybe 15 degrees, but there is a much wider disbursement of light.
