Is there something out there that has the size of the Photon that is brighter? I work in a secure area and if I take a regular flashlight with me then security has to disassemble the light to make sure it is not a prohibited item. I am currently wearing a Photon on my badge and that passes security without an inspection. I just want to save some times passing through security that is all. Money is no object.

How old is the one you have? The current version is much brighter than previous versions. There is also the REX.
Will a 1xAAA cell light trigger an inspection? If a 1xAAA light is exempt from inspection, there are several cost-effective products available that will produce more light, will last longer, and are far more rugged than a coin-cell light.
