Looking for the brightest 18650 90 to 120 deg flood headlamp. Need help

which zebra lamp is the brightest and the most floody.

Looking for the brightest 18650 with a beam of 90 deg or more flood headlamp. Any recommendations?

I'm used to the Olight H2R (I had 3 of them and only have 1 left that flickers), I just got this Perun 2 which I'm quite disappointed with.

I used the H2R on medium to high most of the day underground. Any alternatives to this lamp, I do not want anything under 90 degrees, I do not want a hot spot.

I'm seriously desperate for a new light, this perun 2 is to heavy, to spotty and flickers (proxy switch) to much to continue using every single day for 8 hours underground.

I compared the milwaukee hard hat headlamp to the parun 2 and h2r, its just not bright enough, I'm used to the h2r's high and medium modes.

I don't mind changing batteries if the light can't sustain high mode for long enough.

The H604d is a 'mule' 180* wall of light. I upgraded to it because the AA zebras aren't bright enough in a garage, with the door open in daylight, trying to light up the bottom of an auto engine. It's wonderful for that use.

It isn't bright enough for nighttime outdoor stuff. You'll need a 90* beam for that.

I think you're probably looking for the H600F MKIV. It's pretty similar to the H2r in output and flood profile. I have both as well as the Perun 2. I use the Zebralight for hunting/ camping where it might get soaked in a jacket pocket. I don't trust the magnetic charging ports on the Olights for that. I don't think the UI on the Zebralight is as good as the Olight's but it has more modes so you can adjust your runtime/output needs pretty well.

Nitecore has a number of headlamps that can run off of an external battery pack. I might check their manufacturer website for models, and don't just limit yourself to the headlamp section because some of their head/helmet lamps are in other categories.

Are you sure you want food only? Sounds like you might prefer a combination beam.
