Hey guys,
So I bought myself a LEDLENSER P2, I guess it would be my first "real" flashlight lol. Got it as a EDC/keychain light, but I decided to keep it as a bedside light, just because it isnt very bright, so it wont blind me at night haha. So I'm looking for two lights now. A EDC/keychain light, and bright light for around the house/the outdoors.

I prefer LEDLenser, or Fenix, because I like the look of their flashlights. I'm not looking to spend too much, $50-60 per light. Nothing larger than 2 AA's.

What do you guys suggest?
I was looking at something like an LD01 for a EDC light. Not sure about the other light though.

thanks!

I have a Fenix LD10 and love it. I believe they've replaced it with an LD12 which doesn't look as good to me. In hindsight, I might be happier with the 4sevens quark AA for the following reasons:
1) Moonlight mode - 3 lumens is still too bright for me at night
2) Neutral tint option - once you get into flashlights colour is very important
3) ability to use 14500 batteries
4) Beacon mode - to me it's more useful than strobe and SOS

but the only thing that's not as good is the looks of the quark AA isn't as good and I don't think the circuit is as efficient as the LD10 in my opinion.

If you're still looking, I live in the Toronto area and could show you my LD10 and E05 at night if you want to meet up downtown somewhere.

:welcome:

Where can I find LEDlenser in Canada?

I normally use 2 different 4AA Dorcys (or equivalent).

180 lumens but out throws my 180 lumens Quark MiNi AA² by a lot. Bought mine at Sears Limeridge Mall but out of stock there now.

HomeDepot and Lowes in Canada carry some Led Lensor/Coast lights.
I think you get better bang for your buck with Fenix Lights, The LD01 is a beauty or a keychain light, so is the PD10 ;) I have the PD10 Titan fOr an edc when I wear my suits :D
I also like the LD20 Q5, and the PD32 if you like using cr123

Sorry for the extremely late reply guys. Been busy with work, and other stuff.
I'm decided to get the Fenix E05 for my keychain light. Looks fantastic, & they're fairly inexpensive.
As for the other, I might grab a Maratac AAA flashlight from countycomm (from a third party site). It looks like a pretty great flashlight, and its under $30.
Thanks for the help guys!

@LEDninja, I actually grabbed mine off of ebay. They are $19, plus shipping, and the add is still up.
