Lucifer Headlamps order problems

Hi,

Is anyone else having problems with their orders from Lucifer Headlamps?

I previously purchased a M6+ head lamp and a spare battery a little over a year ago, which took a while to be despatched. However I placed a new order last December for a few accessories which hasn’t been marked as despatched, nor have I had any responses to my enquiries?

I’m not sure if my order is sent or not, or why they are not responding.

Not sure when in December did you order, but the site says in the red banner they will be closed and orders will be processed starting 1/5/26. Maybe your order just missed the cutoff before the small operation went on extended vacation for the holidays?

Maybe they will start to respond in a few days? I haven’t heard of people having trouble with ordering from this manufacturer. They seem to be a small operation and likely don’t have an extensive customer service team.

I also had a order declined from Lucifer.

This was in April 2025.

Tried to order a S2X +. No luck. Wish they had a US-based warehouse to order from.
