Is this light too big for a key ring?

I have had a 4 sevens mini and itp a1 and the twisty thing just doesn't work well. The mini was never consistent with level changes and the a1 became hard to twist and I have killed more than a couple of batteries just sitting in my pocket.

Am looking for the smallest CR123 clicky. The Lumapower Incendio might work if it is not too big.

The Incendio is really a bit too large (and heavy) for keychain duty:

For a really small clicky I would look at Liteflux LF2XT even if it's 1 x AAA and not 1 x 123. :)

Easy fix for the ITP A1, clean and lube the threads, but if you're not happy with a twisty...the incendio is too big for key chain carry, but is one of the smaller EDC pocket lights that actually has a forward clickie.

I used to carry it on my keychain with no problems. A little large but it didnt bother me too much, unless I had too many keys.
Now I have the nitecore D10, about the same width and a little longer and it doesnt bother me.

I would say it depends on how much of a bulge you can handle

I believe the smallest clicky for a CR123 light is the zebralight H31. Though this is a "headlamp", I'm seriously considering this light as it has everything I want in an EDC. It only stands 2.57 inches, comes with a removable clip and I love the fact that the reflector/emitter is forward facing so I could clip to my shirt pocket (for example) and use this light. I also like the idea of the clicky placement at the top/head of the light and who can argue with the output numbers of 220/120 on high, 43/24 on medium and 5/0.5 on low...most can find there desired output levels within this provided range. I also really like the UI on these lights (I have the SC50). There is a thread here discussing the H31.

The next smallest 123 clicky light is also a zebralight...the more "traditional" (excluding the side switch clicky) SC30 which in 2.6 inches long. For reference, the quark mini 123 (which is a twisty) is 2.3 inches long.

I have a lumapower incendio v3 and I loved the light operation, output and the smallish form factor (for comparison purposes 2.99 inches), but the clip on there is not very good and my emitter/LED died on me after about month or so :mecry:
