lumintop worm driver removal

Can someone recommend a good method to remove the driver for this flashlight? It doesn't change modes most of the time.

Stick tweezers in those 2 holes and turn. I imagine it's lefty loosey. Usually there's threadlocker on lumintop

Thank you. So I thought of this, but those holes are in pcb only so there's no metal holes behind them. Wouldn't the tweezers start deforming the pcb?
