Luxeon Canada

Has anyone purchased anything from Luxeon Canada? They seem to have the best deals on Luxeon Star LEDs. I was wondering what the general feedback was from this place. Are they good? Are they bad? Would you buy from them again?

I just placed my order. I ordered 12 LEDs, lens holders, and lenses. I'll let you know how I made out. So far I have a good impression of them. They seem to have the best prices on the items they do have.

May I ask which LED you bough and what uses?

Dealextreme also has lower priced LEDs but their prices are similar and you probably won't have to wait a month for the things to arrive.

Maybe someone else here has bought form them before.

I have not ordered there but I have used http://www.luxeonstar.com who I´m very happy with, fast shipping and friendly poeple. I ordered about 60 rebels and some drivers.
I believe they are in canada too?

I bought the Luxeon One Watt Stars Cyan Lambertian (LXHL-ME1D), One Watt Lens Holders, and 15 degree L2 optics. I bought 12 of each and the bill came to $60US + flat rate $7 shipping worldwide.

I just realized I probably wasn't clear where I bought these from. The company is called Luxeon Canada. There site is here and the store is here. You need to really Google to find these guys.

Well, the Edison Opto KLC8 LED is only a bit more expensive(cheaper if you buy multiple) and produces around twice the output of the Luxeon I, III, V and K2 driven at the same power.

The current gen LEDs have twice or more efficiency compared to the last gen LEDs. Same power but at least twice the output.

Edison Opto KLC8

Well, I hope that it would take less then a month for the LED to ship to you(Average purchase to arrival from Dealextreme or Kaidomain is 2 weeks to a month).

I think the Edison Opto might be compatable with Luxeon optics but I'm not sure.

Also, on a side note no Luxeon Rebel RB70 thru RB 100 bin cool white LEDs are available at the moment. (actually most of the K2 w/ TFFC and Rebels that were produced after WW4407 are being recalled and production has grinded to a halt for the time being)

I buy from him some time ago but from Ebay he send me the order incomplet, but when I contact him send me the missing Leds... I think is a good option for buy this Leds...

I was told in an email before I ordered, quote.

It takes from 3 to 10 business days for delivery.

It has been ten business days. I ordered on January 20th (Sunday) and my order hasn't arrived yet. I will be placing a phone call to them in the next couple of minutes.

My order came today. Overall I am very pleased. They have excellent prices on the few items they do carry and checkout was easy. My only complaint was that they took 11 business days when it was only supposed to take 10, and the return address was "LED's Company.com" from San Diego, California, and I ordered from Northern Lights, located in Toronto. I would definitely order from them again.
EDIT: LEDS Company.com is the same people. They seem to have two websites that are the same. But it still came from California so I'm stumped.
