M@glite Conversion

After lurking here for some time, I finally had to register. I have several LED and HID flashlights that I absolutely love. I also have several incandescent Maglites that are now completely obsolete and do nothing but lay around because I refuse to throw them out.
My question is - who or where can I get LED conversions from them? I found several around, but they all look pretty cheesy and cheap. I was just wondering who makes a GOOD conversion? I have a few 4 & 5 D-cell flashlights that I would like to do something with.

At an unspecified date in the future, Wayne (Elektrolumens) is hoping to put out a 5W kit for multi-D Mags (I have a 5D just waiting for that!!).
If you want, right now you can get a heatsink for a Mag head from his site and DIY.

There's been very many mods already done, but they're impossible to search for since many people don't want to spell "Mag", so you have to try all the possible "modified" names.
