I'm new here. Will Pilas run a Surefire M3 light for about 50+ minutes?

The Pilas will do nicely in an M3 and you might get 50 minutes; but you will probably need to get a spring to wrap around the outside spring on the M3 lamp to get a good connection with the Pilas.

Thanks, were can one get the spring for the lamp also which Pilas are
the best fit?

J.S. Burly's will give you the springs free when you order Pila batteries from him. The shipping is free too.

edit: The shipping is free in USA. Where is NW? Northwest Territory?

Unless you have your M3 body bored out, you'll need the Pila 150S cells. You'll need two of them.

I run my M3T off two Pila 150-S cells. It will not work without the Pila spring. It's nice to run HOLA with no fear of breaking the battery budget.
