Mac / McGizmo Ti clip compatibility?

Ugh, hate to start a new thread just to ask this question, but my searches have failed me...

Are Mac's Ti clips interchangeable with the McGizmo Ti universal clips (hole size and spacing, length, etc.)?

What's the distance between the centers of the screwholes on the clip? (I'm looking for one with 3/16" separation, or else I'm going to have to learn how to drill stainless/TI)
