Mag C to AAA Magazine

Who makes a magazine that will hold 6 AAA batteries in the same space of 2 AW C batteries? I want to use it in a Mag C upgrade. I'm thinking 6 AAA cells will equal the output of the 2, 3.7 (okay, I'm fudging by .2 volts).

Is this possible?

I thought cell adapters kept the various cells in parallel configuration, not serial. Also, depending on the currents you attempt to draw from it, the AAA cells may not be able to safely handle the current draw.

Also, AAA cells have about 1/3 the capacity of AA, but you say you are going for voltage, not capacity.

Won't 6(2x3) aaa batteries add up to 9volts in series and 4.5v in parallel.
