the bulb in my maglite finally bit the dust and no i don't want to spend 100 dollars or catch paper on fire does anyone have the TerraLUX TLE-100 ? it will be for general use like working on my truck and such ... and yes i searched and that was waste of time

and you didn't ask about the TLE-300MR-EX, but it appears to be far superior, although it may have a far superior price tag to go along with it; I don't know though, that's up to you. Clicky

I converted 8 magchargers to the TLE-100 for my unit within our Police Dept. Not as bright as the stock bulb, but sufficient and the runtime is phenomenal. No complaints from any of the 8 officers...

ya i hate stock maglites with there god awfull beam i dont care if i lose the focus it was useless anyway ...i think ill i order one

got it today and it works great for what i need not soo bright its useless to work on things close up has a good color tint the beam is not that bad still has a nice spread
