Mag-LED colour type

Sorry if this has been asked, I did try a search!

Just a quick question, what LED colour type is the mag-LED?

One thingi don't like about my new TK20 is the incandecent like LED colour which I assume is 'warm'

If this is so what is the more blueish mag and what is the other LED colour like?

I assume by color you are referring to color temperature.

Well the MagLED uses a Rebel 091 LED. So whatever color temp that is.

The XR-E in the TK20 is a neutral white LED. Warm LEDs are more yellow looking.

It's interesting how many people recently have mentioned that they don't like their TK20s because of its neutral white LED. I thought that was the light's main selling point and its claim to fame.

The color temp or tint on the MagLEDs are really a hit and miss. I have quite a few 2AA, 3AAA, 2D and 3D MagLEDS...each of which vary in color/tint from warm to cool. Its a tint lottery when buying a MagLED.
