Magazine Tube Mount Suggestion

I'm trying to mount either a Surefire 6P or an Inova T1 to the magazine tube on a Mossberg 500. Both the surefire and inova are 1" diameter.

I'm having a hard time finding mounts for this. I'm looking to get something on the cheaper side. I'm not really looking for tacticool expensive stuff.

The magazine tube looks to be a little larger than 1" so I'm not sure if the OpticsPlanet TacStar mount would work: http://www.opticsplanet.net/tacstar-universal-barrel-mounts.html

But that is kinda what I'm looking for. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

my friend has the same rem870 as I do but didnt want to invest the money in a dedicated forend or picatinny system so he bought this:

its cheap but it looks pretty weird. the light sticks out alot from the mag tube and seems kinda pointless imho because you cant access the momentary during pump action. maybe if you had a tape switch..? dont forget to get a shock isolated bezel for the light!

Thanks... that is sorta what I'm looking for but like you said maybe a little too weird looking. I'm not looking for tacticool... but I don't want it ugly either. :laughing:

I see you mention the shock bezel... but how necessary is something like that for the 6p? It doesn't look like the Inova T1 offers enhancements like that but it looks mountable.
