Magicshine vs Leddite Lumacy UK

Hi all. I'm new and, uh, technically challenged, so please speak down to me . Lots of you are familiar with the Magicshine...I saw a UK version on Ebay and at mountainbright.com which is a specially speced version of the MS. Sealed battery, but also D bin rather than C bin led. I e-mailed Chris at mountainbright, who was nice enough to tell me I'd probably be better off buying in the US where I am located. His logic is that I could buy 2 MS for what I'd end up paying for one of his - but wouldn't his lights probably be brighter with D bin? Here his light is on Ebay UK:

These lights are selling for L150 in UK bike shops as Leddite Lumacy.

Any thoughts on whether it's worth the hassle/cost of having sent to me in US?

No do not waste your hard earned cash buying what is an identical product apart from a bin number .

one thing it will have a UK 3 pin charger not a US pin one .

and dont get the battery wet seal it up in a plastic bag we have had a lot of failures over here because of the wet .
