Maglite Mod Need Help

Hi guys im a newbie here which is interest with magllite mod. Currently i have a 5D maglite and i want mod my mightlite using osram 64440 or SSC p7. Which one is the best and anybody here had links for beginner guide? i really blind and dont know what to do with magmod. Thanks in advance
