Not in any hurry for a quick charge, what's the best settings to charge AA Eneloops? Also, settings to charge Rayovac Hybrid 2100 mAh AA's? Using the Maha 9000.

I don't know what is best but I charge mine at 0.33 C i.e. 700 mA which I consider a reasonable compromise between reducing time and not overstressing the batteries. :)

Some ppl reported missing terminations under 0.5C. Thats the reason I use 1.2 A to charge AA eneloops. That will probably reduce the cell's life a bit, but a missing termination can be much worse.

I am aware of this but it never happened to me. It might have to do with the charger's firmware which I understand at a certain point was changed to take care of this problem.

I generally use anything between 1000 mA and 1800 mA. The only reason to use a rate lower than 1000 mA on an AA cell is if it has a high internal resistance due to age and wear. This is not likely to be the case with an eneloop that sees regular use.

To find out whether the batteries are being overstressed by your charge rate of choice, simply feel them at the end of charging just before Done appears. If they are cool to the touch there is no problem.

Sounds like other than a Maha default, going above or below depends on a loose definition of squeezing the last 5% of the battery performance/lifespan one way or the other?
