Matsushita\'s new LED 120lm

Since no one seemingly has posted it yet,
I'll break the news.

It consists of 64 LED in 20x20x3(mm) chip with 1.2c/Watt. It solved the heat problem, and can take juice to it's max cap.

all right guys, here is the close-up diagram with rough translation. Unique flipped emitter, he?

As you can see the optics are on there. It's just too small to see in the picture. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ooo.gif

Anyway, the best part of this LED is that it doesn't have the usual thermal issue. With a proper heat sink, I believe they can make this thing a lot larger... Can you imagine your big-Mag could make over 1k lumens with such LED? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif
